Very hospitable staff; nice room layout, very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming. Everyone including the front desk, and housekeeping staff all greeted us and were very pleasant, and well-staffed. The entry reminds me of a boutique hotel, so you get the amenities of a nice large hotel, but the personalized feel of a small one. We booked a two-room suite, and we figured it would be one room with a sofa bed, and then a bedroom- it actually was two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room in the middle. It was very comfortable, and everything was clean and quiet. They are in the middle of remodeling, so I'm sure it will be even nicer next time we are there. The room was just slightly outdated but that is in the process of being changed. We will definitely stay again, and would highly recommend it.

I had a very bad experience with another Marriott hotel in the area and decided to book here. I’m glad I did as the front desk agents were very kind and accommodating! Myself and a handful of co-workers are here for a business trip and they praised about the customer service.

We are coming from New York city and just arrive last night ,very tired just wanted to get in your attended lastnight was very pleasant.The room is great and cozy. The best of all is the hot shower that needed to take to relax. Best of all breakfast was good. Thank u so much for the hospitality.

My partner and I stayed here for about a week and it started out great, then went downhill. The second day we woke up, went to the kitchen and found a roach crawling on the counter. Quite distrusting in our opinion. We called the front desk and they gave us the option of upgrading rooms or getting a refund for the remaining days. As it was late in the evening and all of our stuff unpacked, we decided to get the so-called upgrade. We get to our new room and 1. Was not upgraded and 2. Not clean at all (crumbs on the counter, nasty/sticky food on remote, pills in the bathroom, curtain rod filthy, and more gunk on the curtains). The assistant manager Philip tried to help the situation, but didn’t do anything besides takes pictures and remove the pills. Moral of the story, this location does not get cleaned as it should and management doesn’t handle these situations well with Bonvoy members.
